After some advice. Just purchased a Vance and Hines CS ONE but having fitting issues.basically it has no hole for the oxgen sensor in the new collector box. Has anyone come across this or do have a duffer?

Have you tried running the bike without it to see if you get an EML? a PCV will eliminate the need to an o2 sensor but thats an additional expense.

I don't know weather or not it should have a socket for the sensor, i had a V&H system on my Harley and that had the holes for the sensors.

You could always get a boss fitted. Only about a fiver on the bay and maybe £20-£30 at your local engineering shop to weld it on. Stainless pipe makes it easier than titanium.

Just get an o2 eliminator about £15 on ebay! Save messing with the exhaust.

Quite a few American made exhausts don't have the lambda sensor hole so no not a duffer

Will you then need a PC or Bazil then though or will the bike still run fine with the eliminator?

    Thanks for your help chaps
Forgive my ignorance. If I fit a 02 eliminator wont that cause under or over fuelling?

That was the reason behind my Q. Surely the ecu will only fuel on the given value of the resistor in the eliminator so it will not fuel correctly?
