    Bubbles are unavoidable in hand layed parts like these, especially at the tight radii at the edge of the part. Column production parts would be formed using the induction method, but this is expensive and impractical for such low volume bits.
    Some of the parts are better than others, but none are 'blemish' free.

    For the perfect finish would have to use gel coat for the outer surface and this wouldn't be durable enough.

    I was thinking the same, keep having to check here to see for updates, will we get a PM so at least it emails us as I am away a lot and don't always check here, but don't want to miss the payment?
