lol, reminds me of what Guy Martin said about one of his techies. He lock wired everything the wrong way round i.e. on the side to loosen stuff rather than to keep bolts/nuts kept tight and that if they couldn't get the basics right how can you trust them enough to race a bike that they had built.

Probably explains why a lot of racers give the bike a once over before they go out and why we do a lot of maintenance ourselves.

I've just bought my first blade from Northwest Honda. These are the guys who have Lancaster, Blackpool and Wigan?

I've bought a BSB replica from the wigan one. It's brand new and I found the rear subframe bolts loose. When I mean loose you could undo them with your fingers. They said it's not them it's Honda who have left them loose. I also found a steel dowel in the belly pan.

Not good mate, I wouldn't use them for any thing.

There was a lot more stuff they did and didn't do

I normally use Preston but they have moved to Wigan. I've been using them for about 4-5yr and they've always seemed ok. I've only had problems since I bought this Blade and they've moved to Wigan

Must have given that a rub over with the floor cloth, that's shocking.
If thats the work of their top tech bod, then just imagine the workmanship from the apprentice chimp...
Looks like they need to be given a wide berth reading the comments
