Cleaning the screen ?

    Hi all, what do you use to polish out light swirls in the clear std windscreen...lots of info on the web..even toothpaste ? lol

    tooth paste..... it does work and smell nice !!

    MER glass cleaner ?...no not tried it but I don't think it would remove scratches ?

    Now tried toothpaste, didn't work for me.

    Have ordered acrylic polish kit...

    Met car polish can be used on screens, not sure if it will remove all scratches, but you will have a clean screen.

    Have used Tcut and G3 in the past, both gave good results the G3 is more abrasive but was probably the better one.

    I saw a guy at Oulton Park on one of the stands using wd40 I thought he was going mad !!!!

    I used G3 too, only made it worse. Scratch kit arrives tomorrow, see how I get on...

    3000 grade wet and dry then polish after might be good try?

    Meguiars do a product called Plast RX,not used it but if it's as good as their other stuff then it will work well.
