    Hi all,

Been hovering around in the background for a while now whilst I was contemplating upgrading my bike. Settled on a 1000rr SP with a special Marquez race paint scheme and a few extras. Picking her up on Sunday, 3 more sleeps as they say at Christmas time :)

Loved the 600rr but hankered after a Blade for donkeys. From this:

    Welcome dude,

But you should get both pedrosa's and marquez's number boards with the bike.

You should enjoy the blade anyway.

Cheers folks, live in Sheffield. Get to Squires occasionally but determined to make more of an effort next year. Looking forward to a brew with anyone on here that attends.

Called in this morning to the bike shop to pick the standard parts up whilst I was in the car. Saw the bike in the flesh and I love it. It's been painted by Racepaint in Nottingham and looks very bright in the sunshine and incredibly bright next to the std Honda Repsol paint. It always bugged me on the 600rr Repsol that the scheme was nothing like the MotoGP bikes in reality and there was a good deal on the paintjob so I plumped for it.

My brother in law has a 2014 blade with the same Akrapovic on and when I saw and heard his I knew it was for me.

Couldn't resist the opportunity to take a few more photos whilst there, apologies for poor picture quality - used my phone. Weather forecast for Sunday looks good (that could well change though.....) so hopefully a dry run back home.
