anyone on this forum from the area, I need a small favour if you'd be kind enough, it's just to pop into a bike shop, give a bike a once over and give me your opinion on it and the salesman in general, i don't really want to make a 460 mile round trip for a pile of pants

I might take a ride over on Sunday, if I do I will take a look and let you know. Wheels used to be taz motorcycles mainly secondhand, they are now suzuki, honda, Kawasaki and aprilia dealers, I have purchased a previous blade from them with no problems, however I wouldn,t want them to work on my bike, their a little rough around the edges for me.
Don't let that put you off though, I would buy from them if the bike was right.

Carl, If the weather is ok and I can get a pass out I could meet you for a burger and cuppa, its long over due for us to meet up for a natter. I will give send you a text if I can make it.

Hi Julian, as simon said we did indeed, we can only vouch for what we can see because we have not heard it running, it's low mileage though so it should have a strong engine, the bike has a full venture shield which has been court with the boot on the rear seat panel but note it's the shield not the fairing, the bike doesn't have a mark on it, the engine cases are perfect and the bike shows no signs of being dropped, it hasn't been cleaned and has road dirt in the wheel arch, to my mind that a positive, it's as it was bought in.
If this is the type of bike you want and at a price you are happy with then this is a good example.
