Now if that's not f**king entrapment ,stone me now ,criminal money maker that's all it is , humberside policing unit should be named and shamed, pity I was not there I would have personally filimed it on my iPhone then up loaded It onto You tube ,makes my piss boil that does
Twats! I hope the fact it's a tractor nose to the road has most bikers on the alert, having said that it would probably be too late to avoid the camera shot.
Just makes me double determined to avoid 'Numberside' at all costs..... If someone is up to it, it may be worth making an enquiry on a Freedom of Information request to ask for a list of vehicles they either own, rent, lease, or borrow for use in speed enforcement.
Nope it's true unfortunately, Been in the Daily Fail & Humberside have coughed they've had those vehs donated for use on a particular bad accident road the B1253
you are all looking at this the wrong way….. we should all move to humberside as it must be a totally crime free place if cops have the time to do this.
No no the're doing it to raise funds so they can apologise to terrorists parents and chase folk who say the wrong thing on Twitter!
My thoughts are that if this is the case, a traffic car parked up for all to see will have more impact on speed reduction than a tractor with a camera in it. So, it's clearly about catching people rather than reducing casualties.
They reckon it's to save lifes, but how the hell can a hidden camera save a life as it doesn;t slow down traffic, its just takes fines? They should install big yellow fake cameras everywhere if they want to scare people into slowing down? or just its a another form of Tax? Anyway over 60% of RTAs happen at Juncs, and with bikes that mean cars pulling out or turning right across they path (SMIDSY) and not see in them, thats where they need cameras if they want to try and cut motorcycle crashes!
