Hey fellas. I have just completed another C-abs bleed & made a few amends to my manual. Download here if you want: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3ytel9ml9dcp94p/C-ABS Bleed Notes V8.pdf?dl=0 The major amend is a tool I made for bleeding the front power unit without removing the headers or radiator; this is it: Hope this is useful to somebody. T
Or you could actually buy an non ABS and spend your spare time riding it rather than bleeding it...... Sorry Swiss, low ball but could not resist it
Having followed Swiss T's guide for bleeding the C-ABS blade, I'm very grateful to him for preparing the original guide. I had my first run yesterday since completing the fluid change & bleed, and can confirm the brakes are outstanding now. The bike will 'squirm & wiggle' under very heavy braking doing it's electronic thing. The worst part of it all appears to be the non-repeatability of it all, ie some bikes are good, some not, some riders like it, others not, and obviously maintenence. I think the fluid change should be completed more frequently for ABS models, so if the new guide make provision for this all the better.
Credit where credit is due.....fair play to you for this....my bike is like a new machine and brakes when you want it to. Thanks very much Swiss t, you are the man

I'm not totally sure Taz, but I think the procedure differs a little in the latest gen. I no longer have a Blade but I'm glad people are making use of it; the official manual got a bit complex.
