Advise on this GS850 tank

    We have had a few tanks in with us with the owner saying it has a small leak:rolleyes: and asking if anything can be done, most of the time once the paint has been cleaned off the tank is like a tea bag and is beyond economical repair:(. Sometimes though it can be repaired and then thoroughly cleaned out and sealed with tank sealer (available from Frosts). Comes down to you pays your money & take your chances ( does seem a touch expensive though).

    I wouldn't buy it carl, i mean, its got no seat wheels or engine and wheres the handle bars, just wouldn't be fun riding just a petrol tank...
