Had my 1st off and it is a sore one!!.

I got a visit yesterday from the traffic boys that stopped me! They genuinely felt bad for all what happened! They heard the RTA come through 3mins after I left them and knew it was me! They pushed my bike home for me after redirecting the traffic at the scene. Really nice guys just doin they're job! They're gonna put in a good report to the fiscal hopefully I'll just get a fixed penalty! But yeah Thursday 8th Oct was a bad Fookin day!!... To say the least! Still I'm a glass half full kinda guy! Timing could be better in biking terms, I won't have to use any holidays at Xmas time! I can spend loads of time with the kids! Lastly I can catch up with all the shit on my planner that I've recorded over the last few weeks

 

I thought of that Col mate but there's no ignition lights! Nothing! I think sumits come loose on impact mate

 

Check battery terminals and fuses then mate. It'll be something simple

GWS trev, but I have to ask from the X-rays did you give them part of the chain off your blade to go inside your arm???

As for the bike not starting if you have no lights to the dash check the battery terminals are attached and ok, then work your way forward through the wiring.

Check list.
1. Check battery terminals
2. Check the 2 main 20amp fuses.
3. Check the other fuses in the fusebox for dash and such.
4. Check loom connections are good through the frame up to the back of the dash.

If you get nowhere give us a shout and Al see what we can sort out to get it sorted, could even pop over and have a look over the bike with you if required mate.

Craig you are a diamond mate I'm not able to move the bike for another 7 weeks or so! I've caused quite a bit of trauma to me soft tissue, muscles, tendons etc frog in a blender style! No heavy stuff for at least 8 weeks! the bike is in the garage how the police left it! Although I'm getting better at blowing my nose and using a fork & knife. Any help would be much appreciated mate if it's not to much trouble thanks again for your kind offer Craig
Oh! It's a Tsubaki Gold X ring chain they used I'm having sprockets fitted to my elbow & wrist next time

Why is it always this time of year. Sounds like a real bad day, but hopefully the you and the bike will mend.
