Thanks Guys, OK I have spoken briefly with Martin and Ken and it seems they are happy for me to answer any questions and tell people what I can do but draw the line at advertising prices etc.

So I am happy to do that and if anybody then wants further info on prices etc for now I suppose a PM is the way to go.

2008 CBR1000RR was added yesterday, 2009 is next followed by 2013-15 CBR600RR for those interested.

    Cheers
    Rich

OK Guys, a couple more updates for you, for those still running the stock EX Valve we have also added the map to allow opening it at your desired rpm.

Also for those with HRC ECU's but no lead or software we plan on adding access to those too in the Woolich software at a later date.

    Cheers Rich

For those interested in flashing the Blade ECU I have taken a few screen shots of the Woolich Racing software for the 2015 as pictures are a little easier to see what's what.

Please feel free to ask any questions if you would like to know more.

Rich can I ask why you would want to adjust the idle rpm?

Hi mate, yes of course, a lot of people (racers) run the idle a bit higher as it can help corner entry OFF THROTTLE as helps reduce engine braking and also keeps the pitch of the bike a little more stable as a result.

On some of the Superbikes with big cams they don't idle that smoothly always at really low revs and raising it is a solution for those.

    Cheers

Im loving my 2014 as when you roll off the revs it don't just plummet like early bikes! Makes for much smoother corner entry and exit... It's very clever indeed. Took me a while to get used to it and thought there was an issue with throttle cables hanging up or something! Not sure how they achieved this but it's really that good!!

    Thanks for the reply Rich

Something to think about with the track bike then once I'm up and running.

Hi Chris? Guys, yes I know Steve (your manager) is very happy with his setup!

OK, Chris we are planning to add 04-05 and 06-07 1000RR's too. We have already added the 2009 so all models 08-15 are now there.
Currently we are working on 2013-15 600RR.

We are also going to add the ability to tune the HRC units for people who have those.

    Cheers
    Rich

OK guys below is a US spec 1000RR with a Woolich remap done. Now please remember that the US ECU has a for more restricted ignition map compared to an EU one. This can be seen the way it suddenly flattens and tapers of at the top end.

Obviously anyone with a US spec ECU be seeing a good remap is a no brainer. EU ECU's also tune very well but you get the idea, you are not going to gain 15BHP on an EU one.

Also note SAE power are lower than DIN which most UK Dyno's use but it's kind of irrelevant as it's the difference in before and after that matters. More to follow:-

Hi mate, did you contact Woolich Racing on Facebook or RB Engineering? Woolich on facebook is Australia. Also I don't get much time on Facebook so better to email or use a forum I am on.

PM me on here and I will be glad to help you.

    Cheers

Hi Guys, well now we have had a good look at the Standard Honda maps vs some HRC ECU maps and there are some good gains to be had, basically Honda are restricting the standard 1000rr by pulling back ignition timing and also by trimming the secondary injectors in the later RPM.

Yes Colin, we are going to have a map share on the Woolich Racing website with the HRC maps configured to run in a stock ECU very shortly!

    Hi Rich,

Any news on when this hrc map will become available? Im keen to see the differences between standard and hrc ecu version. Or any advice on what values to set the secondary injectors and the ignition timing please? Rest of the options work great but would like some help in these 2 options if possible? Thanks in advance.
