Its even got an 'Eco' light for economical riding indicator - exactly what a 200bhp / 180mph bike needs

Very tempting indeed. I wonder if Kawasaki will price it around £14,500, which makes it £500 cheaper than the R1 and way cheaper than BMW. Honda and Suzuki are stuck in the past with their litre class bikes.

Ive been told of my mate that owns a Kawasaki dealership that they are coming in at under 14K from the head of Kawasaki UK (so £13,999 lol)

He has ordered one for himself and about 12 other blokes have as well, he also has one on order to take into the Super stock next year, all ive had of them is abuse about me not ordering one already lol
But my love for my 2014 is strong so no doubt ill be ordering one after I get a ride on the demo hopefully just before xmas lol

What does a plate matter mate? It's just a number.

I got my blade on a 59 plate 2 weeks before the new plates came out. Makes no difference when trading in.

If it were the middle of Summer maybe, but I don't generally get back on a bike till mid March so no point in a new Bike being sat in the Garage for months.

Unless you got a cracking winter deal!! But unlikely on a new model....

Anyway, give you plenty time to prep the 15 for next season mate ;)

I just bought a brand new R1 for £1500 less than standard price, so thought it was worth getting one now on a 65 plate as the £1500 would pay for tail tidy, GB racing cases and frame sliders, paddock bobbins, stomp grips and track fairing :D so worth it to me ;). As number on a plate never meant much to me.

But is it worth more than the pain inside when you get overtaken by someone on the new ZX10 in:eek: full standard road trim :p
