See these middle lane dreamers all the time! Further proof that motorway driving needs to be part of the driving test so these idiots realise that the middle lane is for over taking and not for day dreaming and drinking coffee, applying makeup, etc
Still cannot understand why the truck driver did not undertake in lane 1. No offence committed After all he went into ane 3 where it is an absolute offence
Should the HGV driver have acted like he did? No, but at the same time it's idiots like this guy in lane 2, driving without consideration for others and oblivious to their surroundings (no doubt driving to what they can see 2ft in front of their bumper) that cause other motorists to get frustrated. See idiots like this everyday!
He says he's never felt fear like it in his life...but continued to follow the offending lorry & get into yet another altercation with it rather than come off the motorway as he intended & when safe to do so ring the police with his complaint & the vrm then.
Think this guy needs to turn his in car cameras off, concentrate on his basic driving skills and stop whining to the police, who I'm sure have got better things to be dealing with.
This does not add up for me, sure the HGV driver is a friggin lunatic, but this guy after the first incident could have taken the next exit off the motorway and got away from the conflict..............oh and he runs a dashcam company.............hmmmm surely not self promotion is it?
Never will forgot years ago, we were all standing outside the pub opposite work having a beer when a dispatch rider rode the wrong way up the one way street, guy that worked in the building was a real hardcore hobby bobby, stepped out into the road and held his hand up and shouted stop, the dispatcher stopped just in front of him, got off his CX and smacked him in the chops without uttering a word, got back on and rode off...............cue 30 blokes all pi**ing themselves
Sick of these drivers in the middle lane you overtake them pull into the inside lane and they still stay in the middle lane. Since its now an offence to stay in the middle lane I'd like so see through FOI act how many forces have prosecuted. Both guys were knobs and should both be prosecuted. HGV could have undertaken him he'd only be doing 56mph so tit in middle lane obviously driving without due care and attention
It is not a case of "It is no an offence" It has always been an offence to hog the midle lane, and I was booking them back in the 70's and 80's Difference is Traffic was a serious department and we had more crews compared to now, we even had dedicated Motorway crews which we don't have now. We even had to do a year on the Motorway before we could specialise. The other difference is that many of today's so called traffic cops do not know or understand traffic law.
This.... This guy runs a dash cam company and was driving in the middle lane of the M1, slow enough for a HGV to catch and overtake him, I'm in no doubt that he was attempting to provoke someone which in turn further promotes his dash cam. I would beat him to death...
I hate it when people drive shit and then have a go at you for driving bad!! Had one woman at a set of traffic lights go down the middle lane then turn righ in front of me cutting me up. I was in a bad mood, business failed, clearing out gear and Flashed my lights n beebed as she sped giving me the finger !!!! At the next lights I voiced my opinion and got a mouthful back !!! Once I made the gap small she nailed it through but collecting the side box/wheel nuts,of my brother in laws truck down the side of her car !!! Then had her bf turn up, big lump with a pony tail giving it. I did start to write more, but just ranting !!!! Soz,,,,,, breath,,,
