HM superlite fitted this year and works just as it should ... I didn't pay retail and ended up with two units! Infact they were free!!! long story ... Fitted the other unit to mates GSXR 750 .... Again works perfect ... I have used Translogic before in the past and again had no issues and worked as good as the HM units...

Hi I fitted the HM ss 10 months ago, took a couple of hours messing around and dialing in the correct settings. Things worked faultlessly since.

Well, I learned last night that if my day job goes wrong, definitely not to pursue becoming a mechanic!
A lot more fiddly on my bike than the Gsxr they show on their video! (About 5 hours more!)
Anyway, seems to be functioning so far.
Only tested with the back wheel in the air, but does as it should!
Hopefully get out over the weekend if its dry!

I was looking at the superlite as I thought they were good value for the money. I was a mechanic for 10 yrs (quite a while back) I saw a video of someone stripping a blade and thought f@ck that so I've just bought the ASV levers and a tail tidy instead. Might pluck up the courage to get one and fit it myself next yr. You'll have to keep us posted as to what they're like [emoji106]

Hi neil I had a translogic quickshifter fitted couple of months ago went for the chicken route and got the shop to fit and set it up on the dyno so far works great I think most of the quickshifters are much the same and do the same job .only difference is the price

they are a piece of piss to fit, just need to remove airbox, your only piggy backing onto connecters so no splicing etc.

and QS aren't all the same from my experience,i'd say the best I've had so far is the full on cordona unit (400 quid or so)

Hi guys we at Woolich Racing will have new Quickshifters for the 1000rr soon, they will also have an optional Pit Limiter button and Launch Control in the software.

They are full on Cordona Strain Gauge units built by Cordona to our specs and are fully mapped and editable for kill times in each gear.

They will probably be just under £300 but will need you to either send in your ECU to enable it or you can do your own if you purchase or already own a flash kit.

I have the HM SS, fit it myself (nightmare unless you have tiny hands but simple enough) played around with it a little bit here and there in order to correctly set it up and WOW. best mod I have ever done to anything, when you get near the limiter in 2nd and shift to 3rd you will 100% feel like Rossi, its so fast and smooth, I will never be without one. I track mine as well although I haven't yet with the QS fitted but I cannot wait for next year to see how my times improve.
