Having some fitted tomorrow . As I ride on cold DRY days through the Winter. Do they do keep your hands nice and warm? I am sick of bending down a holding the crank case as I am riding along! Anybody else use these?

I've had them and they do warm up your palms really well. My problem is encroaching arthritis in my knuckles though and I was surprised that it took some time for th warmth to leech through, but I suppose it was the airflow causing this quirk. But I will say they contributed really well to keeping me out in the winter.

I have some fitted to my other bike and find them to be excellent, the highest setting is uncomfortably warm.

I was trying to avoid changing the grips on the blade, as I like them, but after a few days this week, I may have to concede to the weather.

Going with Oxford because local Honda dealer only fits these. Plus they are discounting at present. They said " they don't rate data tool gear."

The Blade is the first bike I've had without heated grips( my gloves are very good!!) , but had both Oxford and Honda on (naked) previous bike. Honda grips are just plain awesome, Oxford OK but wires started to degrade within a year.

I have Honda heated grips. Fitted at purchase. They're great with the button in the grip itself. The only issue I really have is the screw came out after 2 years and it's currently held together by insulation tape..

Those Datatools look nice too... A slightly better switch than the Honda (Direct versus the Honda push to toggle between 3 heats and off which requires you to take your eyes off the road to check what they're set to).

I didn't really like the Oxford. Although I've had them several times, the separate control looks a bit ugly IMO...

I did not like them from pics on the Internet. However; after having them fitted and using them, I can only say "brilliant." They look and feel good and I will have them fitted on my next blade in 2017.

Mine came with them fitted and I was going to remove them but actually there great, a couple of times I've been riding with freezing hands and then remember they're there. highest setting is like gripping lava though!

I tried to order some of these direct from datatool and was told they don't make them anymore as they kept getting faults with the thumb slider just a heads up
