Just been on the relevant site to download a map for my 2008 CBR1000RR.
It has stock everything. However, the only map I can find is
M19-002-001.pvm 2009 Honda CBR1000RR Stock exhaust and air filter.
I am correct in assuming this will do.
My 2008 looks the same as the 2009 one.

for OEM set up the map should be M16-002-501, not sure what the M19 maps are?

    M16-001 maps are CBR1000rr 09+,
    M16-001-0XX are US,
    M16-001-5XX are euro

I may of made a mistake. However, M16-002-501 REQUIRES Dynojet o2 eliminator.
I think I need M16 -002-001... STOCK EVERYTHING. Is this correct?

You need an eliminator withthe PCV, it will not work properly without one.

Without it the PCV and ECU will 'fight' each other in closed loop fuelling

Why on earth do you need a power commander with maps if the bike is totally stock ?

... Because the fueling at low throttle openings is poor.

... Because they run lean as standard

... Because you gain more power with an enriched map.

As Mr OCD just said. The enrichment factor at especially low throttle increments is ironed out with the aid of the PC5.

Does this mean ;you have not put an 02 eliminator in/on. I thought a fireblade has one on by default anyway.
Does the pc make any difference?

Because I am cool. And I can. One does not walk up mountains for exercise, you walk up because they are there.

Is it the OEM Honda one, that is already attached to underside of the exhaust?

No such thing! The bike comes with an O2 sensor as standard. An eliminator removes the sensor.

There is no point running a PCV with the O2 sensor plug in... It needs to be removed.
