Thought I'd post up what I bought this year at the show, didn't spend a massive amount but got what I wanted. A pair of Alpinestars SMX-6 boots for £120, plus a neckwarmer for my old man for xmas. I forgot to buy the abba stands garage stool/creeper on my my out, for £20 it looked pretty decent. Probably give them a call next week to see if they'll do the show price.

Not much in the way of female eye candy this year, I remember going to a few max power live shows (in my yoof!) and you couldnt move for scantily clad specimens!

I managed to blag a couple of bargains at this years show for a change. A Shoei NXR for £290, not sure what it's called but it's the one that lets you get in the way of faster Italian riders and get off scott free (came with a free worm can opener). And a pair of Astars GP Pros for £125 , nearly got them for £115 but the stall owner came back from the loo just as I was clincing the deal (damn his tiny bladder).
Obviously none of my blagging skills factors in the cost for 2 to get in plus parking £56, £60 fuel to get there and £15 on ponsy cofees for the missus because coffee ain't coffee unless it's got at least 5 ingredients and takes half an hour to make!
But my man maths lets me believe I got a deal Gordon Gecko could only dream of.

well surely I got the bargains of the show..

    1) an X-lite 802-rr carbon lid with pinlock and dark visor £270
    2) Dynojet Ignition module for my race bike £240

Saved about £80 on the lid, and £60 on the Ignition module.. but the £150 in Diesel from Aberdeen, heart attack breakfast at Gretna £11, Burger King on the way home £7, hot dog and cheese burger at the show £14, parking £12, various drink stops and 15hrs of driving!!! make them bargains hahaha... not!

Good show though.. first time at this one and loved it!

In the mean time I bought this for track days.
Same helmet I already own, but in a cheaper colour scheme.

So by comparison my missus is useless and it's all her fault I couldn't match your bargain blagging skills.
    1. Coffee only comes from somone in a stripy uniform with a barista badge (apparently)
    2. She didn't have the foresight to buy a Suzuki
    3. The only company fuel she gets is from Dave The Blade Ltd.
    4. She believes all parking is free (see no.3)

Can I swap her for your mates for next years show?

I got Some Alpine Stars GP Pro gloves for £110 and an AS GP-R jacket for £250, im happy at that, i found a Lorenzo carbon RPHA 10+ at one stall for £250 (the helmet I have pined for all year) didn't buy it because I've fallen out with him after the Rossi Marquez fight.

    I spent far too much;
Full Akrapovic system (Titanium Can/Stainless Headers) £1050
    ASV leavers £120
PCV, QS, Ignition Module (complete kit) £480

The best deals were on leathers and helmets but I'll stick with my Shoei GT Air for now.
