The break in routing boredom has set in & I'm just bored. Even considered goofing off work for a couple of hour & going out on the blade (in this weather). Shit all on TV, can't be bothered to drink roll on 3rd Jan.
Yeah... Know what you mean. Was planning on going out today but weather was bogging so helped my dad fitting out his new home cinema for 12 hrs. And offered to go up again tomorrow. Must be bored!!
Ive got the flipping flu, been out moaning in my workshop stripping down my blades fi to fit a new air box but had to give in a go inside as I am now fully fugged..
I've spent so much time sitting on my arse these last few days I'm starting to ache from it. The worse is I can hardly bloody walk still. My boss took us out to lunch today and listed in detail all the stuff we're going to 'hit the ground running with' on Tuesday. I need 6 good numbers fast.
Yup the weather has cast a bit of a downer on the holiday but remember it would only be about 100 years ago that you were lucky to have 1 day off per year and if you got to the age of forty then you were on a roll. On the subject of tv did you all see a fantastic start to a series on bbc 1 called Earthflight 1 of 6 .if you missed it check out the eye player these dudes were following flocks of snow geese /Eagles/Pelicans ect using Microlites/model gliders/silent drones and a full sized helicopter. filming was as close as you like with the very best of camera quality .So yes life is a bit boring with our 50" lcd and cars and bikes and a fully stocked fridge as much drink as you like and a pocket full of money ,Roll on work?? not yet my friend.
I,m on the third of five nights, finishing Sunday morning. Will be out on the bike on Monday and intend wringing it,s neck if roads are dry.
Back in here again mate but not for long.. Got my rear Brembo mount today after some months of waiting.. CZ say nothing wrong with the one I have funny how this one is 4mm smaller.. :S
my work closes until the new year so always get a project lined up to do between xmas and new year. today i,ve just finished making and welding up a large bike table so i can get my projects up on it and tinker. its a fixed height table with loading ramp for now but will make it a hydraulic lift after the tdr250 i,m about to restore comes back off. was looking to buy a table but couldnt find one the exact size i wanted (they were all to narrow) so borrowed a mates mig set (used to work as welder/fabricator when first left school for 5 years but haven,t touched a welder in 20 years until this week.) and hey presto. roll on jan 3rd and heres to a summer in 2012
