The Police claim that they have investigated this case fully and that the matter is now closed.

All the more galling is that the young lady has never ben interviewed to get her side of the story and a Sgt states that riders filter entirely at their own risk, rather than stating that care is required on the part of all road users, and the fact that the Highway Code makes it quite clear that drivers should look out for motorcyclists filtering, and the list goes on.

A formal complaint has been made against the Police, and quite rightly so.

Lester Parsons will be choking on his cornflakes knowing what a s**t shower road traffic policing has become in Kent, all we need is some quality experienced traffic officers back on the road educating drivers/riders, rather than the likely PCSO who investigated this issue.

I did my advanced course for cars in Kent (Essex for the bike and traffic law course) and they used to be one of the best and pro-active traffic forces in the country.

Just recently we concluded a case in Kent were the rider sufferred a severed femeral artery and nearly died, but in any case is disabled for life, and they dealt with it as a damage only crash.

It was so funny whenI interviewed the officers involved and they tried to bullsh1t me :)

Surprised they didn't prosecute her for driving without due care and attention.
Good job she's not from Yorkshire.

Typical, biker gets mugged again. A flash of lights is to warn road users and any idiot that pulls out on oncoming traffic is at fault as per highways act.
I wonder what would have happened if that was a police bike o_Oo_O
