I wish Honda kept that style H.E.S.D on the current model

Looking good. I'm not a fan of stickers though. Either black rearsets of get your standard ones powdercoated and ditch the heat shield(s) and you'll be rocking.

I don't like stickers either, thats why I won't buy the set you are selling. As for the rest, I like it the way it is. Each to their own and all that. :)

You took that a bit thick. I didn't mean to come across like that lad. Didn't you say you were thinking of putting White boards on?

For the record though, Motografix are more of a fairing protector as the front of my bike has a fair few stonechips now that its 18k miles old. When I put the new fairings on my bike I'll be putting the Venture shield stuff on though. Discrete but effective.

I agree , Either get some nice adjustable rear sets in black or get the oem stuff powdercoated ...Oh and ditch the tin heat shield, I ditched the plastic heat shield aswell and wrapped the pipe in glassfibre exhaust bandage stuff ( Itcheeeeyyy ) . Personal prefs thou...

Thanks for your opinions fella's, but I purchased this blade over other secondhand offerings, purely because it was in standard, unfettled condition with every thing as it should be. I actually prefer the heat shield and eventually the front footpeg assembly will be polished up, just like the rears. It took me ages to find a low mileage example, in this colour. Eventually I found a 2008 registered one, with 3500 miles on it from new. I love it. It's powerful enough as it is, sounds great with the flapper mod and carbon can. Horse for courses and all that. You boys stick to your new fandangly models and tuned up monsters. I'll ride mine and enjoy it.

    All the best.

Oh and Viper, yes I agree, the motografix is more of a protector and I am still thinking of going down that route to be honest.
