    Morning all,

Honda shop called me yesterday to let me know my goodies arrived. Got home just before the sun went down and decided i'd slap it on, probably a mistake since it went dark right at the hardest part of the install that evil little muffler clamp/bracket. I don't think I've ever been more frustrated in my life, it's a perfect fit but for crying out loud why does it have to be so snug, an extra few millimeters of length would have been perfect.

Plus the rubber gasket that molds to the clamp makes it pretty hard to adjust while its wrapped around even when lose because its so grippy, which is a good thing tho. So, torch in my mouth, squeezing and molding the clamp, mosquitoes eating my face, fingers almost bleeding from trying to get it perfect...it finally found the sweet spot. Had to keep everything loose and remove and adjust the clamp position a few times, marked out my positioning with some masking tape each time.

Anyways, end result - i love it. Looks great to me, i love the black can against my colour scheme more than the previous silver stock one. Sound is exactly what i wanted, deep with just the right amount of loud. Idles perfectly with no rev hunting when cold too. PC5 and dyno tune coming next week just to get things running perfect. Also to be honest, i thought i would hate the gap where the fairing is at the bottom, i've even got a Yoshi infill panel on the way but i actually don't even mind it how it is. The pipes line up fairly well against the bottom fairing. I think i might twist the can ever so slightly clockwise to give an extra half inch clearance from the swing arm tho just to be safe since i've seen a few cans get marked up against the swing arm over time. You'll also notice since im in Australia this is the 2015 AU/Euro model with the larger diameter pipe coming from the headers, luckily arrow was one of few companies that now make the correct mid pipe for it.

If my Yoshi infill panel doesn't fit well or i decide not to use it i will put it up for sale if anyone wants one. And sorry about the pics on the dark, should've done this job in daylight.

    Cheers
    Mike

Not yet mate, takes 2 weeks generally to reach us here in Australia. I wonder if it will fit..even if it doesn't i don't mind, i really like how it looks regardless. I'll keep you posted and post pics of parts/fitment when it arrives.
