Well, having decided life's too short & finally confirmed I'm taking early retirement in April......I've become the nxt temporary owner of the works Don't give a Fug Mug A cuppa has never tasted sooo fine, especially if there's a manager about
Love the mug, great decision. Life's not a rehearsal so do it right first time. The land of the retired is a great place to live. That said, I've gone back to work twice since I finished.....
Thanks and ill tell you what, since I made it I feel like the weight of the world has fallen off my shoulders & I'm even grinning when I'm off the bike lol.
My life long ambition has been to retire. Many people come to me and say they couldn't retire because they'd get bored. I say they have no imagination. Many people come to me and say that since they have retired they are much more busy than when they were working. I say they are twats.
Met an old school friend on New Years Eve. Same age as me, ask what he was doing and he replied he was now retired on a full on pension at 50. Turned out he was a fireman I'm a nurse wish I was fireman instead
Lovely morning here in the North East, had a nice couple of hours out. Just think Loz, come April........
Yep its lovely here in the Peaks, am out too but bike white with salt Whoohoo April can't come soon enough I finish work in the early hours of the morning on my last day & I'll be jumping straight on the Blade for a blast on deserted roads up to Whitby to watch the sun come up with a bacon butty
