Well, after many years at my previous firm I have now moved.

I now work for SorryMate who some of you may have heard of. SorryMate is a dedicated motorcycle claim law firm with an excellent reputation

I can be contacted on 0771 757 4675 or by email at [email protected].

Any reference to my old firm can now be disregarded.

Admin, if I am out of order with this post, feel free to delete and accept my apologies

Unfortunately, unlike retail services it is difficult area to offer discounts and incentives. as all costs are recovered from the other side except for the success fee (15% - 25% ) which is down to government rules.

However, I do go all over the country giving talks and presentations free of charge, and I spend a lot of time on the phone or emailing people giving advice free of charge (many don't ;) ) and there is no cost to swap law firms.

So we do as much as we/I can to make it attractive compared with others.

I will pass these details on to my mate.

Last summer he had an accident when he turned into a blind corner to be met with someone performing a 3 point turn on the apex of a 60mph road. Bike totalled and his leg lacerated around the knee area. Hospital, physio, long healing period still on going, nightmare.

Went to the insurance and they have since settled at a 50/50 settlement. Can’t say I would have been happy with that but I don’t know the in’s and outs.

He is yet to settle the injury claim. Is this the kind of thing you specialise in? If so I can pass on your details and see what comes of it.

We/I would be happy to have a look at it. Obviously as I am sure you can appreciate, I cannot make any promises as I don't know the full facts or what evidence is available, but just based on what you have said, how the hell can the insurers suggest split liability? That suggests of an early settlement to get him off theor books as quickly as possible type scenario.

Happy to talk to him without obligation at the very least.

I totally understand and agree with you. I would prefer it if nobody ever needed my help as it means that people are riding rather than recovering, but.........:(
