I don't think someone's trying to retro fit fella... This will only appeal to someone who has ABS and wants spares for back up!.... When it does go wrong they would have wished they had everything as I don't dare think what this stuff is new!!!!
when it does go wrong? does it go wrong often,as in parts etc not the actuall braking as we all know that one.
It was just with Clivo saying '2008 Blade' - they didn't do ABS on the 2008 model - I didn't want him to purchase the kit and realise he needed to replace back wheel etc.
Fair comment .... Seriously you would not want to retro fit this system... It's too well plumbed in...
You never know, you only want one unit or the ECU to go tits up! Would costs hundreds and lots of them...
Agreed - admire you for removing it! I took the easy option and chopped my ABS Blade in for a Non ABS one!
It really wasn't as bad to remove! I sucked all the fluid out and capped all the ends before I started and saved loads of mess... I reckon I can remove the whole system and refit new lines and bleed up in a day!
