It's always with good intentions at this time of year to have some resoloutions but have you got the will power to stick with it. Good tip to continue....whilst looking in the mirror..side on view, relax and breath out, if not happy with what you see continue to next stage, suck it all back in and say fuck it!

loose weight, drink less and smoke less. been doing well for the past 3 weeks. Not cut both of the last 2 have have drank and smoked a lot less so going the right direction

The gym was full of new year resolution's last night, I couldn't get on the machine of choice and the showers were full, so don't talk to me about NYR's till February when they have all give up and I get my gym back?
Right thats it, I,m leaving the office early to try and get my usual machine at the gym before the NYR's get there?
