worth the money and the annual fee, or an alarm. Just hear so many issues where the alarm caused the issue

Any good tracker, bad tracker, just like the thought of knowing exactly when it moves.

Do you ride a 20k plus bike???

if the answer is no then dont bother fit a camera system to your garage if you live in the geto most of them now will message you for free either by email or text to your phone just the same as the tracker plus some of them have apps so you can view the cameras on your phone

I had to get a tracker for the H2 just for insurance.

They did not worry about a alarm and never asked me once but a tracker. they all asked if I was having one.
I had the Datatool trakking fitted at the dealer for my bike

Guess that's quite useful if they nick the garage at the same time as they nick the bike then

Are you serious ? the dude is riding what looks like a 2008 blade im sure bike robbers are falling over them selfs to rob one of them.
GPS jammers are cheap as fuck CCTV can at least get you a possible id of them. Trackers work if you have a bobby basic thief not if you have a pro

It's all relative. If an eight year old bike is your pride and joy ( and there's no reason it shouldn't be) then why not put a tracker on it?

I have monitored tracker on my bike, as well as cctv and locks, plus the garage is alarmed. You want to spend thousands on bling and upgrades for the bike but scoff at the idea of a few hundred on a tracker. As much as it pains me and I do feel sorry when I hear of people who had their bikes nicked, however looking at it I bet they didn't have a decent tracking system on the bike.
Carlo you say "GPS jammers are cheap as fuck CCTV can at least get you a possible id of them. Trackers work if you have a bobby basic thief not if you have a pro". I think you will find even "bobby basic" usually has a hoodie, hat and gloves, as for pro's you would more then likely get nothing from your cctv.

"The Home Office Report highlights figures from the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) that suggest a 44% increase in motorbike theft in London. The MPS reported that there were 1,240 recorded crimes in London in which suspects rode mopeds or motorbikes, during the 12 months to February 2015. The Report also notes separate but unpublished analysis by the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) using data from the Police National Computer, that looked at the whole of England and Wales, which also suggests a rise in motorcycle thefts".

Your more likely to have you bike nicked when your away from home, so cctv and garage alarms are more of a peace of mind thing. The way I see it now is if you don't have a tracker your not doing all you can to make sure you keep hold of your pride and joy.

Oh yes a even Bobby basic will wear a hoodie so cctv is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard for getting a possible ID as you put it!

Doesn't matter if it's an 08 or 16 plate if it's his pride and joy it's up to him if he wants to put a tracker on it! And decent trackers don't just use gps for locating

Not really! But from the sound of your chat it might be wise if you left the weed alone for a bit
