been offered a afam chain by a mate but not sure if 1. they are any good 2. its been in its packet/wrapping for a few years, so will it still be useable? i know chains aren't the most expensive thing but seen lots of story's about did at the moment and my last one frayed too so looking at different brands cheers
If it's in grease and not corroded in anyway should be fine! Besides how do you know how long a chain has sat on the shelf in some shops/eBay etc?
after all that and thinking i had a good quality chain he tells me its for an r1 with 114 links! oh well thanks for the reply's
