always had a poor rear brake performance and has always been difficult to improve so i finally bought a reseal kit and put it on tonight. I didnt check for any faults before as i assumed a refurb would fix it but the issue i have now is it wont take on fluid fast enough to bleed it properly. In fact if you put your finger over the banjo port while lever is depressed it holds the pedal in place and gives your finger a nice little kiss lol. Have any drillings been missed or other faults known of?
Try a reverse bleed. Push brake fluid in from the nipple end with a syringe. I do all my bleeding like this never any issues.
You need to be careful not to flip the seals in the master cylinder by creating a back pressure, another method is by using a bottle with a hose and brake fluid in it attach to the nipple closed apply pressure to the to the lever and open the nipple, keep going until no more bubbles are seen in the bottle.
