Only about an hour ago I was fitting a Brembo underslung caliper and thought I never did change the rear shock bolts when I fitted the Ohlins TTX shock and wondered what length !!!

Left that one in and just stuck a Ti nut on the end!

Not ideal Steve but I did weigh the bike last week and she's 183kgs so I've got some homework to do! Was hoping for low 170's she feels a lot lighter and carrys the weight quite low but was hoping for a better figure.

Yep fully fuelled up! We weighed a new ZX10R with no bodywork on and no chain and sprockets 176kgs that's got a full Ti system and loads of Ti bolts! Bar doing mega bucks now on spindles etc I think I'm done with spending anymore dollars! She's a totally different beast to ride now:D so I am kind of happy...

Must admit with the oz wheels and titanium spindles you do notice a lot of difference in steering! Think I might try a 520 chain next time to drop a bit more weight

Yeh I didn't weigh mine when I swapped out for the 520, I used a super-light front Renthal 1 down and 2 up on the rear Talon, the dymags have made a massive improvement over the stock wheels, it's just a shame some of the upgrades have ended up being more weight than the stock items, The Brembo T-Drives for a start the Ohlins rear shock and even the callipers! Still I'm more than happy with the results and she's awesome to ride now! Not that it was that bad to start off with:D it's like being strapped to a missile!!! It accelerates so much harder than before and catch it right will lift the front in 3rd off the power! Never did that before!

What size washers do I need for the sprocket nuts?

Are there any washers on the shock linkage bolts? (I forget!)
