Imsure MPG and bikes are the last things that come to mind, but I sure mine isn't right, from full to light coming on im getting 100-110 miles, im used to getting 160+ plus to a tank.

Its an 06 blade and cant understand why its so thirsty any ideas?

Sounds around ballpark for an 06 to me, little heavy but all depends on how much throttle its getting.

Yeah plenty of throttle :D just odd as all my other bikes ridden the same and getting 160+ per tank. its quite a significant drop. meaning many frequent stops.

My 05 gets the same but I didnt buy it for mpg

my mate filled his 929 up with diesel a couple of weeks ago..........that didn't improve the mpg either, he says it's not a mod he would recommend

Yeah MPG is not bid deal, just such a striking difference, I was expecting 150+ a tank, just means more planned stops on long rides.

After having mine mapped i thought i was getting about 110 before the light comes on but on my last run out i got 90 miles. I was a bit shocked but as everyone has said its not a big deal. they still do better mpg than my car.
