I've just put a Mivv exhaust on my 2008 blade, and taken the baffle out (I ride in London, I need to be as loud as I can be to at least try and announce my presence to the idiots out there). Problem is, under 4k, the fuelling is really rough. I mean properly rough. I know that the standard exhaust valve operates at about 4k, so it seems about right that the normal fuelling will be a bit rough below there if you replace the exhaust with a non-standard one. Question is, can I do anything about it? Would a PC V help, or would I still end up with rough fuelling below that level? Is that just a feature I need to put up with if I want a loud can? Thanks
It will help certainly ... but if the idle is bouncing at standstill then the exhaust has too little back pressure ... It's why I swapped from Yoshimura R77 to Akrapovic...
Its not bouncing at standstill - its fairly stable on idle. Its just rough and snatchy between 2 and 4k, especially on a steady or falling throttle. Rising its fine.

Pc3 fitted, currently with a map for a different but similar exhaust in it. We'll see how well it works, or if i need to change maps.
