lucky b . i have got my mate who lives over there stood in the queue (5 hours now )and he still hasn't got to the desk . i don't think he will be doing it next year for us. the tt is going to become a victim of its own success if it can't sort this ferry debacle out .
Yes I was surprised to get booked on online - normally I have major issues with the website and I end up eventually getting through on the phone. I remember the pre-internet days stood in the queue at the Steam Packet Terminal trying to get booked on. There still seems to be plenty of availability when I booked mid morning - plenty available for Friday or Saturday going out. The Saturday return was unavailable so I will just have to stop another day
I had a look at some decent dates & times, but it only shows the £50 TT deposit and not the actual price. Am I missing something?
That's usual for the Steam Packet - they will send an Invoice late in the year - typically £240 for Motorcycle and Rider return.
