Belly pan rubber grommets?

    Anyone know where I can buy these online?

    I.e the rubber nuts that hold the belly pan on that you screw bolts in too ... ?

    I've managed to snap one, so it won't stay in place anymore!

    Can take picture if needed.

    I bought some like those in the link but they weren't quite the same as OEM. The ones on the bike have a molded in o-ring on the back, for better grip I suppose ?

    Like you I wanted online. Could only find from Honda dealer with crazy postage price. I guess the well nuts would work ? But I didn't bother as of yet. I've used them on loads of car stuff previously but with threaded bar and lock nuts..

    That's not an o-ring it's were the rubber compresses and stops the nut from falling back out

    I use the well nuts on my 09 fairings with no issues what so ever

    Wank idea in the first place.

    Never had so much myther with stuck/free spinning fasteners as I did on my Blade.

    Was only 15 months old too when these fasteners caused grief.

    What you expect when you have 2 x dissimilar metals? There are usually brass inserts in the rubber and you use steel/stainless fixings in them. Easiest thing in the world to coat your fixings with copper slip but most don't!

    Not had a single issue with mine ... Copper slipped from 3k miles ...

    Only need to replace one due to a mischap backing the bike out of a van on track day which smashed the belly pan...

    Used the well nut today from speedyfastners but it's longer than OEM so doesn't compress as much. Means the fairing isn't as tight as the other side..as it's the front one you can get your hand around to hold it whilst doing it up so will use it until I find an OEM.

    Thanks. It's a few mm so a lock washer might help it hold, next time I get the pan off
