    it's a very private and shy predator, scientific name - 'cyprinus penislicus'. It's a carnivorous fish (a meat eater) that evolved into a subspecies of the fully scaled 'clitus molestus'. Apparently the species split with the arrival of homo-erectus who populated wetland areas - something to do with the fish not liking salty or dirty water apparently.
