Your bike looks great. Went out again this afternoon and it chucked it down but the bike still felt planted. Daytona seat unit is a bit hard, so will have to toughen up my rear end ! I actually went through the twisties on my routes a fair bit quicker today, which was not bad for a first ride but perhaps not quite so good potentially for my licence. Nakeds always feel a bit faster because of the wind blast but I was faster round some of the tighter bends. The bike leans over so easily, nearly lean't it too far !
Nearly christened the bike with a pigeon, it was very close, but the large peacock in the middle of the road on a bend really did test the handling.

Will post some pics tomorrow, I am still trying to come to terms with my red wheels not yet ready to see them in a pic haha
Didn't realise you had the RX. Daytona comfort seat is lovely mate. Got mine for £70. Not gonna sell it just yet as I may repaint the back end and re-fit it.
I got my sussies tweaked today it has made quite a difference as I found my STR a tad bouncy on bumpy roads! She feels totally awesome now! Money well spent she steers quicker holds the line and is way more flickable but now rides the bumps instead of bouncing of them
OK I am out ! Red wheels and all. Bodywork comes as standard on RX as does Daytona seat unit and quick shifter. Had heated grips and optimate lead fitted. Rad guard arrived yesterday and I am collecting a seat cowl next week. Going to make an appointment with MTC to set up suspension asap although it's pretty good now. Leaving everything else as it is until I have done a couple of thousand miles, except for the seat which I already know is too hard for long rides, so comfort seat is next on the list.
That's lovely Nige Im lovin the scarlett burly things! They would look sweet on mine! I got my sussies done by suspension guru Eddie Stone at Knockhill he said these bikes are set up for pillion use out of the box also at just under 14st with all me gear on it was a wee bit hard for me tbh! Anyhoo enjoy mate and revel in her awesomeness
Thanks Trev, went out for a ride tonight on one of my bumpy routes and the suspension does need adjusting. Going to try to get it booked in over the next two weeks with a bit of luck. Great little bikes, so nippy considering the bhp and torque figures, my first triple and I am impressed.
Yeah they're well quick! More importantly real world quick! I fitted a K&N air filter last night as she's got a SC Project Conic can fitted and it's made a huge difference to the fueling she was a tad snatchy at times! Now creamy smooth everywhere with an even better soundtrack! I'm getting her mapped tomorrow for the arrows can at Triumph Edinburgh it's kinda a generic aftermarket can map to help again with the fueling especially with the baffle out. Jeeze buying the bike is just the start of the expense! I'm driving my wife nuts.
