I'm going to the bsb round at Cadwell Park for the first time and was wondering if anyone can recommend any good viewing places? Thanks in advance John
If you want to pay for seating there are normally some stands by the mountain which are quite good. You can walk round most of the track so there are plenty if other areas to plonk yourself, Charlie's and Park are quite good areas to watch from.
Not the best track for viewing, can't really see a lot of the track from anywhere. You have to watch one of the BSB races from opposite the mountain to see the top guys take some air, but the best vantage point for me is the infield between gooseneck and coppice.
Was there last year and loved it,managed to get a space at the clubhouse bar(cold ones a plenty) and great views of them flying over the mountain. It's great being able to walk the circuit after the last race,so much more relaxed than other circuits I've been to.
Just got back from there 15 mins ago! Been supporting the lads on here racing with No Limits! Agree with Phil above re viewing.
For me:- On the hill at Mansfield, overlooking the chicane. On the grass at Coppice right up against the fastest bend on the circuit. My favourite place though is on the grass hill at the start/finish straight. Loads of space, great view of the mountain opposite and as they come out of Barn, plus toilets & food stalls are here too.
