Datatool Gear Indicator

    hi all don't know if this is in the right section im new on here does anyone know anything about the datatool gear indicator I bought my first blade for 10 years last night and it only seems to show 1st and sometimes 2ng gear can they be re programmed if so how and is there anyone in the wigan area who could do it don't really want to pay stealership prices lo thx in advance

    From what I gather, just follow the instructions as if it was a fresh setup, and it should clear it.

    Ive just put on a GIpro. 10 mins to fit, 3 mins to set up!

    Go for the ds type.

    I found mine on ebay though.
    Litterally just plug into your diognostics port (mines just behind the side fairing) and stick it where u want it.
    Then just run the bike and change from 1st to 6th when it says and your done. Rear paddock is ideal, if not a long stretch of road.

    Hi mate I fitted one last year to my 10 plate .really easy to fit and set up .I removed the tank cover and ran the wire under it secured with tape .then replaced the plastic cover .works really well even with my quickshifter had know problems

    I paid 90 for indicator and speedo healer together. Sold the healer so ended up bout 50 in the end. Wasnt any for sale apart from that one when i looked. Only just over a week ago lol
