Right I had a tattoo done about 25 years ago and for the past 20 i've never liked it. After seeing the cover up's you can get on TV was thinking I want something I prefer. So it needs to be dark to cover up the old tattoo and I want something Mechanical and Skin rip. But the Bike shock I wanted may be to light to cover it up. Just talked to a tattooist local to me. So any suggestions. A skin rip, with either something mechanical or motorsport. I want something timeless and no Branding such as Ferrari, Kawasaki etc.... But would consider something Valentino rossi like. But not a face pic. SO any help guidance to give me a idea of what I would like would be appreciated Matt.
I'm currently getting all my tats covered, A good Tattooist should be able to come up with plenty of ideas for you, go for a tattooist that does good custom work, not someone that has flash boards of designs all over the shop walls. If you're looking for suggestions, an idea of size and location of tat you want covered might help. Loads of Bio-mech stuff out there. I've gone for Blackwork as I have a quite a few I want gone. Please note: these are not pics of me.....I'm in far better shape than these guy's
I'm liking the first one. Dark enough and looks good. not a bad start cheers for taking the time to reply
Get yourself on pintrest and you can search for bio mechanical or steam punk tattoos load of ideas on there.
Matt As an alternative solution my partner is the Operations Manager for Premier Laser based around London. They specialise in laser hair removal and laser tatoo removal. Could get you some info or a free consolation, let me know if this would help. Cheers Richard

My wife had an old small tat covered from when she was younger but due to the shit that was there before it had to be lasered first. Apparently the black will come out after a few sessions but it does nothing to colour.
