Anyone have info regarding speed camera vans?

Father In Law recently got zapped by a scamera. He was about 36 in a 30 and got a course. Ironically he was late leaving for the course and got zapped again on the way to it

In Scotland there is no such thing as speed awareness courses. The police, or rather the people that we pay taxes to dress up as police, have only one function - to fleece the road using public at every opportunity. Camera vans are basically just big cash generating machines strategically placed to maximise income.

Well as an update, the wife says I've had nothing through the post since I left for work and It's been 16 days now so hopefully that's it finished! ???

 

Yippee don't speed I know it's a temptation but leave it for the track buy one of these for roads then nothing to worry about speed cameras

Valid NIP's have been known to arrive several days after the cut off date with the delays being down to various legitimate reasons, so, my advice for what it is worth, is give it until this time next week to be on the safe side, but agree, that it is looking more unlikely of something nasty falling on the mat, and if it does it will be time barred anyway.
