Like all inept alpha males who think they are good at DIY around the house I managed to get the drain rods stuck in the bloody drain today. After hours of pulling, swearing, pulling, swearing, twisting, sweating and more swearing I slinked in doors and logged onto Goggle to see what help I could get. I read a few helpful sites before coming across a DIY forum where so poor sap from Dublin had done the same as me, ok his grammar and spelling was as bad as mine but the abuse he got about it was at least rude and at worst racist. I have been a member here (my first ever forum) since last spring and have asked what many may have considered very simple and naïve questions and have only ever been given informative and relevant answers. This forum has helped me, made me smile, laugh out and respect people I have not met yet. I only hope that in some way I give back as much as I get out. You should all be very proud of yourselves and if I hadn’t drunk as much of the finest red France produce I would stand up and salute you. For those that are interested, its cost me the look only a loved one can give you when they are pissed off with you and 125 big ones for a drain professional to get me out the shit.
