Thanks guys I'm very happy with it so far.

Is the comfort seat still available?

I'm thinking about a quick shifter too next.

Nice selection of fast Fords :D and a good looking bike, You should have no trouble finding an E-cushion seat as they regularly come up for sale on here or Flee-bay, Quick shifter wise your best option is HM superlite, Great bit of kit for the money, Its not the easiest to fit mind and a ball ache to get to the top of the coil packs but your love it once it's dialled in...

That looks really good mate! I see you have got the Gilles shift support fitted, is that worth a buy?

The company I'm taking it to to get set up suggested dynojet. But I'm easy to be fair as I've never had a quick shift before so I'm looking forward to it.

Cheers:D can definitely recommend the shift support, far more positive feeling, as for set up the HM quickshifter only uses 3 settings and even if you just plug it in it defaults to be less sensitive, I've got mine set to max sensitivity and it's ace, I'm not a great fan of the plug in dynojet system as it cuts the injectors and not the spark.

Danny don't forget to tighten the rear axle lock bolt via the Allen key on the side:D only saying as it looks like in your picture it's not done up! And imperative you rember to undo before cranking the main nut off as your strip the thread on your spindle

I've put a rubber seal round my thread so always rember to undo lock first before cranking nut off

How are you finding the Superlite Shifter, I tried one on my Gixxer Though last year and I thought it was awful. Sold it and bought a used HM Plus and was so much better.

In my opinion the Blade doesn't need a shifter it has to be the most slickest gearbox on a bike ive ridden.

I've run Translogic before in the past and the HM superlite is on par with the stand alone Translogic system, I've also run the HM plus that's more adjustable. Perhaps your HM was in default mode (least sensitive) I've got mine set on max sensitivity and it's mega:D No issues and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
