Saw one today in Bridgend, just arrived for the first owner. I like it, I want to ride one now.
Apparently the rear shock has been changed for one from the XSR-900 and the forks fettled, QS added, angle of the clocks changed, throttle smoothed out, tail light changed and headlights swapped for MT-10 style / Wall-E replica blinkers

Whats the chances the 2016 models will be reduced with these hitting the shops?

Ive been asked to join a euro tour and fancy something like this so i can also use it to commute on those rare nice days.

I would think there will be a knock on effect. I'm expecting the same with my Street R when the new one hits the market next week on 10th Jan. Although I reckon it will be more expensive so maybe not such an impact.

Is the mt 07 also be refreshed? Probably easier to sell on in future.

Unsure, not interested in the 7 so didn't look. Natural competitor to the Street R is the MT-09 hence my interest. Up until now even though it was the more raucous of the 2 the MT was too harsh and the STR always seemed to come out top. Maybe this will change things. Be nice to see the comparisons. Then again they will compare it with the new STR and that's bound to be a winner as the big-T have had 2 years to improve things over and above the MT range.
    Maybe I'm biased.
