Note sure if this is the right place to post some pics so move it if necessary.
Also I included the pictures and not the thumbnails - not sure if anyone will get the hump about that as well

    Here goes...

In the attached pics you'll note the original picture from Dobles where I bought the bike.
They swapped out the weird looking red hugger for a carbon fibre item.
I bought the Black Edition Titanium Racefit exhaust on Friday from Racefit at the London Bike Show Excel - fitted on Sat. - there are some of the pictures taken during the fitting. The supplied 'retaining ring' (not sure what the official terminology for it is) just would not fit, I couldnt get the tangs close enough together to get the bolt to even touch the threads, therefore I opted for a jubilee clip!

Anyway the sound is now awesome - it sounds so 'angry'!

Last job on Sat was to fit the Oxford LED indicators at the rear.

There's also an R&G radiator guard on there but no pics of that.

Pics aren't great - they're from an iPhone.

    Thanks.
I used this forum to check out whats what and opted for Racefit. I asked someone on here who has one fitted who advised that it was *LOUD* ...and he wasn't kidding ;)

Both them clamps are wrong, the bottom one is for a spring mount that's not needed on your model and the other is just a standard jubilee clamp and not really suited for an exhaust clamp!! I would get them to send you a proper exhaust clamp.

This is an exhaust clamp.... notice how much wider it is to spread the load and also a proper bolt and nut system to get it nice and tight

    Ahh, yes.
I've already emailed Racefit asking about the correct item.

Where is that one from? ...if I get no joy from them I'll look into buying one of those.

You don't normally need a clamp for a
Racefit exhaust on the blade, am guessing it might have been put into packaging by mistake

Oh, ok cheers for the info.
I've emailed racefit so I'll see what they say.
The footrest mount is pretty secure so it's not going anywhere.

Cheers, the storage was my old neighbours idea. He is a roofer and for çausing me loads of aggro during his extension he roofed the side access to my garden and we added nice secure doors at each end effectively creating a long skinny garage.

Hello guys, do you know if the race fit carbon sleeve is compatible with the akrapovic megaphone exhuast?. I went on the racefit site and they do sell just the sleeve, but wondering if a) it will fit and b) if all the mountings come with it.
    Cheers

Oh man. That's annoying! There is another thread that looks like the same with an akra megaphone..... I hate the void that it leaves.
