I have fitted a fender extender I took my time and used professional glue, I heated both up and and hot glued it on. they were both clamped tight all round, I could not face bolting or riveting, also they did not fit each other very well. so with the heat and clamps both fit together well. when it is on you hardly see it
That grill looks smart, shame i didn't read this before I order and fitted my R&G grill. They are easy to fit and the sense of satisfaction when the grill perfectly fits in the space

Just as a warning to all - my friends '15 plate SP was holed on a ride out. Local dealer wants £1000 to replace and fit new one. You have been warned people!! Cheapest one he has found is £750 for second hand one.

Tried to order one myself today, Dan came straight back to me an said he's on Holidays at the moment, so I'll have to wait a week till he returns to work.
I'll pass on your suggestions to him when I see him. This thread got me doing some investigation to see how much rad guards cost and both EvoTech and R&H are doing them for approx. £75 (shipped). My brother and a mate both got holes in there radiators last year and had them repaired, cost about £40 if I remember correctly. Proper job, pressure tested etc. They then promptly fitted R&G radiator guards as did I.
I'm not sure whether it's me being un-tech savvy on my samsung phone but when I tried to access the racing radiator guards site through FB it automatically directed me to eBay where it said the 'Shop seller was currently away'. Any ideas?
Dan from Racing Radiator Guards here. Thanks for the kind words, thought I would pop up and say hello. To answer fitting question: Might help to remove right side fairing as you look at the bike just to get the purchase. I did a video for fitting a long time ago now but subsequently made a vid covering them all both are here: To fit: 1.) The left side slots in to the recess at the side 2.) Press your hand against the radiator in the middle so its flush 3.) The opposing right side should over lap 1mm or so (you may need to move guard up and down to get this perfect) 4.) "Clip" the right side into the recess 5.) The mesh should be pretty much flush with the rad across the width. When fitted correctly it needs minimal securing on the blade as it cant pop out easily, it cant move down or up it pretty much locked in place.. You can pull the guard closer to the rad there are two methods, my favorite listed first Option 2 Cheers Dan
