I'm still 17 lbs 10oz to 18st which is exactly where I wanna be,

I'll be changing my diet soon now the arm is near back to normal grip wise.

I'll be looking to hold 18 st but bulk up and lean off more!

What cereal you on craig as some of them are full of sugar?

You want a sachet of oats with water the breakfast if gods lol

Grip back to normal from my arm
Being bitten I have had to have physio etc as my palm and fingertips ate still numb from the nerve/tendon damage, now the swelling has pretty much gone down to that's helped!
But the tell tale sign is my training is near back to normal!

    Why change my diet lol

I did 7 months last year eating oats and water for breakfast,

A pack of rice split throughout the day with a can of tuna, or chicken or turkey that makes up 3 meals!

Then just a can if tuna for tea.

I'd have a spoon of peanut butter in morning and one in evening for my natural fats.

5 litres of water a day up to 9 for a week before my peak.

And protein, bcaa's, creatine and glutamine at certain times throughout the day.

It's a miserable existence but you do get used to it, you have to be very committed to keep it up and it very difficult with a full time job especially mine.

Plus although the diet is tailored to cut fat to a minimum and maintain muscle, you do loose some, you loose strength especially at the end and long term you would go backwards as rule of thumb for natural muscle growth is for every lb of muscle you grow you need 4lb of fat to feed it.

Hence I went from nearly 22stone in April down to 17 by the end if august then carbed back up to a very lean full looking 18st for my holiday.

First time I have ever done it properly but I was well happy with the results.

Oh and fcuk me it's expensive I spend £100-£150 a month on protein , bcaa, glutamine, creatine thats before I even think about pre training drinks and food!

You need to weigh your self first thing in morning naked or with just underwear and after a chit lol a decent ones gotta be worth a couple of lbs.

I'll drink at least 1.5 litres of water while I train and same again throughout the day now imagine how heavy 3L of water is so in a day I can fluctuate as much as 9lbs depending on hydration and how many carbs I have had.

If you cut one thing out of your diet make it bread that alone will loose you lbs it's horrific!

No carbs after 5-6pm is a good one to
