Fitted galfer wave brake disc and galfer sintered HH pads to my bike. Looks great imo. Waiting for braided lines as we speak. Also fittet my Yoshi R77 after inspection. Also took the rear pegs off, Honda could have made that easier, i must say.
Wiped off some of last year's bugs from the front of it and rode it to the MOT station. First ride in ages let alone this year. Was fun but I managed to knacker my elbow a few weeks ago and it aggregated it today. Hopefully will be a bit better by next weekend when I pick her up again.
Big upgrade today....black HRC racing front and back resevoir socks....I know.......extra weight but I like 'em.
Got help from my grandson Bradley cleaning her ready for a trip over to the Bsb test day tomorrow at Oulton Park.
Not today but at weekend replaced the springs in my ASV levers - the clutch one snapped the other week as had gone rusty, so the brake side also replaced at same time but had zero signs of corrosion so maybe angle clutch catches water. It's had an oil change and new air filter on the way.
Took it to Ian at Weardale racing for a suspension setup. Changes werent too drastic but the result is amazing. Also adjusted the gear/clutch/brake lever positions as part of the service. I had thought it felt ok until it was changed and realised just how good it can feel. Best money i have spent on the bike by far. Would highly recommend Weardale to anyone in the North East.
Finally took the pillion pegs off,75 minutes of pure ball ache, whoever designed that should be shot, does look a lot better now, while I was in there was nearly tempted to rip the abs out it doesn't look that difficult but knowing Honda there'll be a catch
Will be fitting this at the weekend and seeing if there is any noticeable difference from the standard filter that is currently in the bike.
