DVD ripper help

    Ok talking all legal etc.. I have a bought copy of moto Vudu which I bought and paid for including the book. I wish to rip it off onto the PC then transfer to my Ipad ( as Non Data DVD was included) to watch. I have the soft ware to convert to the Ipad and have only used DVD shrink in the past

    Anyone recommend any other DVD ripper?

    DVD shrink can rip it into an iso file. I find DVD shrink still the best software to use.

    In dvd shrink de select all the menu choices ect and rip it, then find a program to convert it to crappy apple format.

    You will need to select iso file in dvd shrink!

    It's a single file comprising of all the components of disc, whether they be software or VOB files as in a DVD which is then separated and reassembled when you write it back to another disc.

    So there.

    On a Mac we use Handbreak to rip DVD's

    See if there is windows version

    Or join deamonoid lol

    Generally I just hand them over to a mate who's a Linux guru, there's millions of open source rippers available for Tux lovers.
