Has anyone had an ECU flash done to their road bike? (08-11)

One thing I've always struggled to resolve is the on-off throttle response from a closed throttle... for example when trailing into a corner on the brakes and then picking the throttle up.

A PCV and custom mapping cannot sort this issue as I'm informed the ECU cuts ALL fuel on a closed throttle hence the abruptness when picking up the throttle.

I'm led to believe that flashing the ECU can help sort this? Does anyone know?

What else does the flashing do that a PCV cannot?

I had my 13plate done by Steve Jordan's using the Woolich software on a dyno
Was good, didn't really gain any extra Bhp but gained more torque.

Give them a ring I'm sure they'll sort you out l

I'm being advised to flash the ECU and then use the PCV to fine tune ... is this correct?

Shouldn't need both as as the Pc5 was effectively a ecu flash to allow you to fine tune as you couldn't flash the Honda unit! Best to talk to rich at woolich racing

I've dropped him a message. It was Rich who recommended P3 Tuning.
