New Exhaust-Recommendations?

    Hi all,

    I currently own a 2012 Anniversary Fireblade with a Carbon GPR Exhaust with link pipe. I`m looking to change this for possibly an Akrapovic/Yoshi/Arrow but would like some advice on what people prefer/have? I`d preferably like something thats got a nice grunt to it and sounds nice on idle.

    I`ll be looking at potentially selling the GPR with the link pipe if i decide to upgrade.

    No idea mate, its not often they come up for sale as far as im aware.

    Stick it on ebay and see what offers you get.

    Are you looking to buy the next exhaust new?

    Dose`nt have to be new, quite happy to go 2nd hand providing it`s in good condition.

    :D Blimey that looks proper! bit more than i wish to potentialy spend though. Flame spitting, popping off like a bike should i bet!

    I cant work out if its the full titanium one or stainless?

    I need to stop looking at it o_O

    I think it's stainless as would have more of a blue ish tinge if titanium after a few heat cycles, I've got akra titanium headers and mine have gone blue and not brown like those in the ad

    I've got the r77 on my 2012 and it sounds awesome, not many flames very often tho but its just the end can in carbon so guessing doesn't get hot enough unless it's had some serious grief. If recommend it tho definitely, pretty loud if you use your bike as a daily tho if I'm honest. Mines just play tho so doesn't bother me. Never had baffle in it tho

    I put a Leo Vince LV one on my bike last night. Looks and sounds loads better than stock, but not had a chance to ride yet. Cheap as chips @£285 and fantastic quality!

    Hmmm, flames would be a bonus but not compulsory;), thanks for the recommendations from you guys. I`m still no further forward tbh, did spend most of bank holiday Monday going right through my blade and cleaning her, even used autosol on the exhaust and DAM!!! its come up mega shiny. I wonder if i take the baffle out ( theres a cir-clip at the tail pipe ) it`ll make a masive difference or just be ridiculous noisy???
