That's because they now are at the stage where they will have to pay for it so they want shot of it, don't get me wrong that's a good price and pretty much where I think it should be at new but basically they are now selling it at cost or just above. Can't really see any reason not to go for it if you're in the market for one, yes you'll be second owner but it will still have virtually a full warranty, and it's probably had a "mechanic" give it a once over way more than a private bike of a similar age as they don't want to get sued by someone on a test ride.
